My favorite character is little Joe because he is different than the others. The author's purpose is to entertain. I like the excitement of when the ducks fall down the drain.

If you wonder if you give a dog a donut, he might want more juice. The dog made a big kite. The dog does funny stuff. The author was telling this story to entertain. If you like dogs you will love this story.

I think this book was written to entertain. I would recommend this book because it has wonderful pictures.
